By accessing, browsing, registering on, or making any purchase of products from the Website, you ( Customer ) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referenced herein (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place orders.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have valid parental/guardian
consent to use the Website and purchase Products.
2. Products, Descriptions & Availability
All Products are subject to availability. Descriptions, images, specifications and prices are provided in good faith but may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors without liability. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer. We accept it only after sending confirmation and/or dispatching the product. We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, fraud suspicion or legal reasons.
4. Payment
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets via Razorpay.
No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only within India. Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout – no free shipping. Risk passes to you upon handover to courier.
6. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Non-defective Products: Returns accepted only within 3 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging/condition (subject to restocking fees and return shipping costs borne by customer). Defective/damaged/wrong items: Report within 3 days with photos/proof. We arrange replacement or refund. Non-returnable: Personalized/custom items, hygiene-sensitive products (mouthpieces, earphones, strings), digital content, sale items. Refunds processed to original payment method via Razorpay within 7-14 business days after receiving returned goods.
7. Warranty
Products carry manufacturer warranty only (where applicable).
We do not provide additional warranty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website is our property or licensed to us.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. User Conduct
You may not misuse the site, commit fraud, infringe rights,
or post unlawful content.
10. Limitation of Liability
We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
