REFUND POLICY

• Non-Defective Products: Returns accepted only within 3 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging/condition. Restocking fees or return shipping borne by customer.

 

• Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: Report within 3 days with photos/proof. We arrange replacement or refund.

 

• Non-Returnable: Personalized/custom items, hygiene-sensitive products (mouthpieces, earphones, strings), digital content, sale items.

 

• Refund Process: Processed to original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7-14 business days after receiving returned goods.

 

• Cancellations: Before dispatch – full refund. After dispatch – no cancellation.
